This is residential/new construction plumbing in Florida.

So far I can: Do everything on a rough in (including cpvc) except lay plastic. I can do everything on a top out/tub set except set valves. I can do everything on a trim except set a kitchen sink/garbage disposal. I can run sewers/septics and waterlines.

Im not sure if I’m just impatient, but I feel like I should be at least doing kitchens and setting valves by now. Pretty much everything everything Ive learned I learned in my first year.

The guy that I ride with has been very vocal about not enjoying teaching people and honestly has been treating me like a fucking idiot recently. I do my job well and make sure to not make any mistakes. Advice?
